- HF 3.1: Air exchanger with heat recovery and HEPA filtration
STANDARD FEATURES OF OUR MODELS
Recirculation
Broan units feature a recirculation setting which allows you to filter your indoor air 24 hours a day and attain a consistent temperature throughout your whole home.
Wall Control (CMR or 40425 – Depend on unit)
Wall control allows to easily control your unit. It includes three modes (normal, boost and recirculation), a filter maintenance indicator and a fresh air indicator.
Smart Temp
When extreme outdoor temperatures occur, the Smart Temp mechanism automatically sets the time of air exchange in order to ensure the most comfortable indoor environment.
Peace of Mind Warranty
All units come with a 2-year warranty.
